Personal Training ServicesPackagesI offer one-on-one personal training and partner training so you can workout with a friend or neighbour to help keep you on track with your goals. Each session lasts one-hour and are by appointment only. We have extensive studio hours that can accommodate your busy schedule. Contact me anytime to set up an free, no obligation consultation at your convenience. One-on-One TrainingFor one hour I work exclusively with you on the areas that you and I have decided are important to you - whether it's cardio and strength training or just strength training. Choose between four different options:
